II. CONTEXT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

The difference that only exists at Dr Khoi Dentistry is the quality of service, the core of which lies in the qualifications and skills of Dr. Tran Quoc Khoi. Before cooperating with Dr Khoi Dental Clinic, we heard Dr Khoi confide: "There was an overseas Vietnamese customer who got porcelain crowns here 10 years ago. Recently that customer had it done again, but it was done in another country." location. 2. Create a communication strategy and plan

3. Produce content and post to platforms

Content produced by the Media team includes: Content, capturing actual video images, editing recorded videos.

After having completed content, the Digital team conducts posting, seeding and tracking results on platforms including: Fanpage, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin and e-commerce platforms.

4. Measure and adjust monthly
